10 nutrition tips you need to know.

I hope you're keeping well and enjoying the workouts. Life is so much better when you feel good about yourself! Keep up the good work!

Below are some helpful tips to staying on track, and to stop you bloating and retaining weight and water.

  • Limit added fats to no more than 4tsp per day. These include cooking oils, marinades and spreads.
  • Watch your portions. Eat until your satisfied, not full.
  • Drink at least 2 litres of water every day.
  • Don't add sugar or salt to your food. They make you retain both water and those excess pounds.
  • Don't give up if you've had a bad day. Stay focused and get back on track!
  • Don't skip a meal or snack. You'll only end up over eating later.
  • Don't scrimp on veg. Eating lots of vegetables will help keep you fuller for longer.
  • Don't eat more than 2 pieces of fruit per day. They're high in sugar.

New videos are going to start being added as of next week, which I'm very excited about. There'll be lots of new ideas to keep boredom at bay while you work out!

hi jessica, the exercise demos are not coming through on my laptop for some reason. my internet access is good. would it be feasible to get the exercise demo on disc so i can watch on laptop ? Thanks
